If your body has too much vitamin A, a condition known as hypervitaminosis A can develop.
This problem could be sudden or ongoing. Large doses of vitamin A consumed rapidly (within hours to days) can cause acute toxicity. When excessive concentrations of vitamin A accumulate in the body over an extended length of time, this is known as chronic toxicity.
