Kawasaki Disease Rash : How To Remember Easily ?

  • C – Conjunctivitis can be observed in Kawasaki disease, along with other symptoms.

  • H – Hands and feet may experience edema (swelling) in Kawasaki disease.

  • E – EM (Erythema Multiforme) and fissuring of the lips are common symptoms in Kawasaki disease.

  • C – Children under 8 years old are more prone to developing Kawasaki disease.

  • K – Kawasaki disease is an idiopathic condition with a rash similar to scarlet fever (scarlatiniform).
