  • E: Exfoliative erythroderma syndrome underlying psoriasis, eczema, drug eruption, mycosis fungoides.

  • F: Fever, chills (i.e., difficulty with thermoregulation); lymphadenopathy.

  • U: Usually occurs in adults over age 50; more common among men.
